When it comes to user experience improving effect, frequently users find it difficult to determine what type of posts are as part of the category you have developed. This is why you have to write category description to each category.
This field can also be important in respect to SEO.

Another thing is, most Free WordPress themes do not readily display the category description. Now the question arises the best way to to show category description for the category archive page.

How to Show WordPress Category Description

Why you need shortcode to add adsense in your wordpress post?
You can easily add Adsense ads in your posts by inserting a very simple code. By using wordpress shortcode the whole process is incredibly easy, and saving your time. WordPress Adsense shortcode also help you to randomize your ads positions.

Add that code to your theme functions.php. Once you created your function, you have to use the shortcode function in your post.

Add this style to your style.css

.alignright {float:right;}

USAGE :

[ ads ] : use this shortcode without space in your post. This will show your ads without alignment.
[ ads format="right" ] : this shortcode will float on the right of your content. Discard space before open bracket “[" and close bracket "]”

After searching for a while I found this easy way.
1. Go to your cpanel and login
2. Go to phpmyAdmin and find your wordpress database
3. Click SQL on the menu tab. see picture below

Add+customfield+to+all+post

Copy this code and use your own setting by change this part ‘manual’ and ‘ads’ as your meta_key and meta_value

INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id, meta_key, meta_value)
SELECT wp_posts.ID, 'manual', 'ads'
FROM wp_posts WHERE wp_posts.post_status = 'publish';

Have you upgraded your WordPress version to 3.1 and found out the Admin bar on the upper side of your blog theme is not cool?

For me this feature very useful, but some of you want to remove WordPress 3.1 admin bar.

WP Recipes has a great recipes on how to remove this feature:

Before installing this theme of course you have to download it first here : DWS Black Adsense. Upload and extract the file and upload via FTP, or you can upload directly the zip file to your host.

If the install process is successful, you can go to dwj custom admin panel ( yourdomain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=controlpanel.php ). You will see this :

SLIDER SETTING
As you can see in the picture, the first setting is custom slider setting. You can choose any category to show on slider section. Remember, this theme only display slider on your homepage. Choose how many number you want to show.

HOMEPAGE BOX SETTINGS

If you want to display 1 of your favorite page, choose of them here. By Default this will show your about page. BUT, if you want to display other things on this box area, SET this on your WIDGET AREA add any widget on left_home_box. NOTE: If you choose to set this area using widget, script will ignore setting on homepage box setting.

NEED for SEO

Optimize any keyword in this form. Any word you write will show only on homepage. Any HTML script are allowed here.

ADSENSE SETTING

Adsense 728 x 90: Any script you write on this form will show on the header of your blog.
Adsense 200 x 200: Use only 200 x 200 adsense. Display on homepage on the right side of the slider.
Adsense 160 x 600: Will show on your sidebar (sitewide).
Adsense 300 x 250: Ads will only show at the bottom of your single page title

You should use one of the code [ ads ] or [ ads format="2" ] (without space), this related to the limit of displaying adsense on one page.

Okay, now how do I that?
First, go to theme editor and find functions.php ( yourdomain.com /wp-admin/theme-editor.php?file=/themes/dwblack/functions.php )
Then use CTRL F to find $ad. See picture below

Change this part :

You want another ads format ? change case 2

Put your adsense script after the single quote.

You’re not done yet!!!
After write this code : [ ads ] or [ ads format="2" ] (without space) on your post page, please create customfield.

We need to create customfield to discard default adsense placement (below your post title) and display adsense in the new place.
